At Buppy.in, we are committed to providing you with high-quality fashion and a transparent shopping experience. Please read our policies carefully before making a purchase.

1. Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your favourite styles as quickly and securely as possible.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email/notification once your order is handed over to our courier partner.

  • Shipping Charges: To remain transparent, we charge actual courier rates calculated at checkout based on your PIN code and package weight.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders above ₹2000.

  • Delivery Timeline: We ship across India. Most orders reach their destination within 4 to 7 business days (up to 10 days for remote locations).

  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with reliable services including India Post, EKart, Delhivery, and Blue Dart via NimbusPost.


2. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started (usually within 24 hours), the order can no longer be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at support@buppy.in or WhatsApp for cancellations.


3. Returns & Replacements (Defective Items Only)

Your satisfaction is our priority. Since we hand-inspect every item before dispatch, we ensure only the best reaches you.

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Reporting Window: You must report a defect within 5 days of receiving the package by using Reporting Window or emailing support@buppy.in with photos of the damage and your receipt.

  • Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.


4. Exchange & Size Policy

Please Note: To maintain the highest hygiene standards and keep our prices affordable as a boutique, we do not offer size exchanges or “change of mind” returns.

  • We provide detailed descriptions for every product. If you are unsure about a size, please contact our WhatsApp support for a fit consultation before placing your order.

  • If a replacement for a defective item is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (UPI, Card, or Net Banking) within 7–10 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Situations: * Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

    • Items returned without prior authorization.

    • Items showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.
